Ella Douglas

Meet Ella Douglas—dedicated nurse, healthcare leader, and passionate advocate for justice. Before pursuing law, Ella built an impressive career as a master-prepared registered nurse with Ochsner Health System. She also served as a paramedic for Acadian Ambulance and Airmed Services, taught as an adjunct professor in Loyola College of Nursing’s Master’s Program, and contributed to the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.

In 2009, Ella made the leap to law, graduating from Loyola College of Law. She sharpened her legal skills as a law clerk for the Honorable F. Hugh Larose in the 17th Judicial District Court. Her unique combination of healthcare expertise and legal insight sets her apart, as she brings a diverse background in administration, regulatory compliance, criminal defense, and personal injury law.

With a heart for helping others, Ella is committed to ensuring her clients' voices are heard. Her passion for justice and extensive experience in both healthcare and law make her a powerful advocate, and we’re proud to have her on our team.
